It’s the Little Things

One of my favorite blog series is Tracy Benjamin‘s “My Everyday Life.” Each week I look forward to reading it and getting a glimpse into someone else’s daily life (I may be a naturally nosey/curious person) through photographs. Today, in the spirit of Tracy Benjamin and her blog Shutterbean, I thought I would share pictures of some of the small, daily moments that inspired me to pull out my phone and take a second look during the month of April. Whether it’s the afternoon light, a beautiful flower (most of my camera roll right now), or a delicious baked good, these are the things that excite me and boost my mood after a long day. Without further ado, here they are.

Breath-taking lunch spot.

Petal confetti!

Farmer’s market haul (from left to right): chocolate-covered strawberry (hiding in the bag), my newest plant babies, strawberries, and leeks.

Passed by a full pond post rain on my run- so many tadpoles!

Public transport + my fanciest purse.

Our Christmas cactus is blooming in April??

Doodlin’ 😉

Wine with Wesley before we saw Logan.

Happy Earth Day!

I look forward to seeing what little things the month of May will bring you.
